Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to use the purchased RotMods software product. This license is locked by hardware ID (HWID) to the PC on which the software is first activated. The license may not be transferred to another device or user. The seller reserves the right to disable any license key at any time for suspicious activity, redistribution, or violation of these terms.
The software is provided as-is. Updates, bug fixes, and compatibility patches may be released at the seller's discretion but are not guaranteed. The seller is under no obligation to maintain, update, or support the software after purchase.
You may not share, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or make the software available to any third party in any form. Violation of this section will result in immediate license revocation without refund.
RotMods products are third-party modifications for Realm of the Mad God. Use of this software may violate DECA Games' Terms of Service. The seller is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to account bans, suspensions, or other actions taken by DECA Games or any game publisher. You use this software entirely at your own risk.
All sales are final once the license key is issued or the download is delivered, except where required by applicable law. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the software, game account penalties, or changes to the game that affect compatibility.
The seller is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to game account penalties, data loss, system issues, or lost profits. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the software.
The seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the software after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
